4. SINPROS AUDIO MATCH EQ HUB AND AUDIO PRIVACY

Sinpros Audio Match EQ Hub is designed to perform its primary audio-processing functions locally on the user's Windows computer.

Users may select a Reference Track and Target Track for analysis and reference-based audio mastering.

Under the current Windows desktop architecture, customer Reference Tracks, Target Tracks, previews, and mastered audio are processed locally and are not uploaded to Sinpros servers or DigitalOcean for audio processing.

The online payment system may communicate limited transaction and authorization information necessary to process purchases and authorize completed mastering services. This does not require Sinpros to upload the user's source audio files to its payment server.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right or authorization to use audio files submitted to the application.
